Teck Kheong has an LLB, LLM MPP (Public Policy) and MAE (Econs) from the National University of Singapore. He was a recipient of the Asean Pre University Scholarship and the Temasek Scholarship.

Teck Kheong has been in the practice of law since 1990 and has considerable experience in dispute resolution work, particularly general civil litigation. He has represented clients in disputes in the areas of matrimonial law, construction law, property law, share trading, banking, accounting, clubs and corporate matters. He has also helped businesses and individual clients, both locally and internationally, resolved commercial disputes through mediation, settlement conference and negotiations.

He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Singapore Law Gazette and has published various articles on computer related issues such as “Fraud on eCommerce”, “Cybercrimes” and “Cyber Terrorism”. He is also a member of various committees in the Law Society of Singapore including Civil Practice, Electronic Litigation, Information Technology and Publications.

He is conversant in English, Malay, Mandarin and various Chinese dialects. He joined the firm as a Partner in January 2006.

 



MATHEW KURIAN

Mathew is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He has an LLB (Honours) from the University of Buckingham, UK; MSc in Strategic Studies from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Post Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore; and Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Studies from the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR) of the Nanyang Technological University.

With a background in commercial investigations, Mathew has considerable expertise in the areas of intellectual property rights, criminal investigations, counter-industrial espionage, corporate fraud, asset discovery etc. Mathew is qualified to conduct fraud examination and is a certified member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), USA.

Mathew is an adjunct law lecturer at the Temasek Polytechnic. He also conducts seminars cum lectures for various organisations including Temasek Polytechnic, Security Industry Institute (SII) and Certis CISCO. He is a law trainer for customised courses such as the Diploma in Police Studies and Security Management and the Fire Safety and Security Management courses for the police and private sector. Mathew joined the firm as an Associate in February 2009.
